1. Vehicle Access & Authorization

You agree to provide:

• Access to your vehicle during the scheduled appointment

• A safe and legal place for us to perform the service

• Keys or remote access as needed

By booking, you authorize UFO Detailing to move or operate your vehicle ONLY when necessary, such as repositioning for shade, safety, or water drainage.
We do not drive your vehicle off the property.

2. Quality of Service & Realistic Expectations

​

UFO Detailing performs services using professional-grade products, tools, and techniques.
However:

• No detailer can guarantee complete restoration of stains, odors, oxidation, or scratches

• Results depend on material condition, age, prior damage, and severity

• Deep odors (smoke, vomit, mold, pet urine) may require multiple treatments

We always aim for 90–100% improvement based on the initial condition.

A final inspection will be done with the customer before we leave.
If you notice concerns after the final inspection, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can address them.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee corrections due to environmental exposure.

3. Pre-Existing Damage & Liability

​

We are extremely careful. However, UFO Detailing is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing scratches, stains, rust, corrosion

• Prior paint damage

• Loose trim, clips, or worn interior parts

• Mechanical, electrical, or engine-related issues

• Damage from previous products or detailers

• Personal items left inside the vehicle

If we notice pre-existing issues, we will document them.

If something breaks due to age, deterioration, or previous damage, you agree not to hold UFO Detailing liable.

 

4. Extra Dirty Fee, Time Estimates & Pet Hair Fee

All time estimates are approximations.
The actual duration depends on:

• Vehicle size

• Dirtiness level

• Pet hair

• Stains/spills

• Mold or odor levels

• Unexpected conditions

We reserve the right to apply additional fees:

• Extra Dirty Fee: up to $100

• Pet Hair Fee: $25–$75

• Biohazard/Mold/Vomit/Urine Fee: $75–$200

All additional fees will be communicated before continuing.

5. Payment Terms

​

Payment is due immediately after service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted forms of payment:

• Cash

• Debit/credit card

• Zelle

• Venmo

• Cash App

Fleet/commercial accounts may have separate arrangements.

6. Photos, Media & Marketing Consent

​

By booking, you authorize UFO Detailing to:

• Photograph or record your vehicle

• Use before/after photos for marketing

• Post images on our website or social media

We will NEVER expose license plates or personal details unless requested.

If you do NOT want photos used, notify us before the appointment.

 

7. Insurance Coverage

​

UFO Detailing is a fully insured mobile detailing company, carrying:

• General Liability Insurance

• Garage Keepers Insurance

This protects both the customer and the company during service.
Insurance documentation is available upon request.

8. Weather Policy

We may reschedule due to:

• Extreme cold

• Heavy rain or snow

• High winds

• Thunderstorms

• Unsafe working conditions

Rescheduling for weather is free.

9. Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

​

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 24 hours.

If you notify us within 24 hours, we will arrange a correction when possible.
After 24 hours, environmental factors make it impossible to guarantee corrections.

11. Amendments

​

UFO Detailing may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services confirms acceptance of updated terms.
